November 3, 2020 - Ordinance No. 63/2020 of November 3, 2020, which was signed by Governor Arno Kompatscher at 7:09 p.m., provides for a further tightening of measures to limit the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus due to the increasing number of infections (Coronavirus). These provisions will initially apply from Wednesday, November 4, 2020 to Sunday, November 22, 2020.
Regulation for accommodation establishments
The accommodation establishments do not accept any new guests, with the exception of health workers deployed in connection with the emergency, civil protection personnel and people who are in South Tyrol for work reasons.
The accommodation of holiday guests who are currently already present in the establishments is permitted until the end of the holiday booked. Accommodation companies can provide their house guests with all operational services (provision of food and drinks, swimming pool, sauna / wellness, beauty care, fitness room, sports facilities, etc.) in compliance with the previously applicable regulations. Food and drinks may only be served for the benefit of the house guests of the respective accommodation facility.
Systems in the ski areas
From Sunday, November 8, 2020, the facilities in the ski areas may only be used by athletes who are participating in international or national championships and / or competitions this year.
Organized training is only permitted, regardless of the sporting discipline, for athletes who are participating in international or national championships and / or competitions in the current year.
