If you enter the territory of the SR from the EU countries which are not on the list of safe (less risky) countries, alternatively, in addition to the above obligations of registration and self-isolation, it suffices to submit a negative RT-PCR test for COVID-19 disease performed by the laboratories outside the territory of the Slovak Republic not older than 72 hours from time of entry and at the same time:

there is no need to report to Regional Public Health Office,
there is not need to report to your health care provider, i.e. to your general practitioner (or pediatrician in case of children) with whom you have a valid health care contract.
